who is your training for?

Absolutely everyone - that’s the point! This is for people who want to enjoy the mental and physical benefits of exercise without being bogged down by trying to fit a certain aesthetic.

This is for people who are confused about where to start, or how to progress if they’ve plateaued.

This is for people who are sick of doing random or boring workouts, and who aren’t getting results.

This is for people who want to reclaim joy, who want to feel strong, and who are ready for something different.


What will it look like?

STEP ONE

We have a consultation so I can find out what you like and dislike, how you prefer to train, and ask questions about your lifestyle. This will allow me to tailor your programme - no more workouts designed without you in mind.

STEP TWO

We’ll have a taster session at the gym, at home, or outside - wherever you’d prefer.

STEP THREE

We start your programme. You can train with or without me however many days you’d like. I suggest more sessions at the beginning, but once you’re comfortable you can train alone.

STEP FOUR

New programmes every 6 weeks to keep your training focused, joyful and rewarding.


i hate the gym.

I get it. Gyms can be smelly, loud, and scary. If you never want to step foot in a gym, you don’t need to. Train outside or in your home. If you’d like to build confidence in a gym environment, we can do that together.
