Movement is the most natural thing in the world, but so many of us face barriers to accessing its incredible, life-changing benefits.

I believe that social media has rebranded exercise as something exclusive, unattainable, and something that must be done in a certain way. I’m trying to change that.

I’m a fitness coach on a mission to help you reclaim exercise as something that’s for you.

My focus is building strength through joyful, personalised programmes that are made for you, and with you.
